NYNEX is an owner-managed network operator and systems integrator – based in Darmstadt, with reach into remote regions. We plan, build and operate communications networks for customers who need to be able to rely on their connection.
01 About us
From satellite specialist to network operator.
NYNEX started out as a systems integrator for VSAT satellite networks. We have built and operated networks for businesses, aid organisations and public authorities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa – often in places where no other connection was available.
Today we combine satellite, fibre and IP transit in our own network, with our own autonomous system (AS62023). This allows us to connect each customer site over the medium that suits it best, from headquarters in Germany to a remote outpost in the desert.
We are a deliberately lean team with short lines of communication. You speak directly with the people who plan and operate your network, and experienced local service partners support us in more than 60 countries.

We operate our own network and infrastructure; supplementary third-party services such as Starlink or Iridium are integrated into it. That lets us tailor solutions precisely to your site, and when a fault occurs, we know straight away where to start.

Darmstadt.
From our headquarters in Darmstadt we operate the NYNEX network, close to the Frankfurt internet hub. We are based in the SPACE 20 building in the Europaviertel, on the same street as ESA’s European Space Operations Centre (ESOC) and Telespazio, with EUMETSAT just around the corner.
